SHIPPING POLICY

G Fashion C.B. undertakes to deliver the goods in perfect condition at the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Shipping addresses must be physical places accessible to transport companies. In the event of detecting an irregularity in the shipping address, our customer service department will contact the customer as quickly as possible.

If at the time of delivery of the product at the address indicated by the customer, there was no one at the address, the shipping company will make up to three delivery attempts at that same address.

The customer must be attentive to the reception of the goods within the period specified.

The delivery address will be the one indicated by the customer when placing the order.

If the customer wishes to change the delivery address after placing an order, they may do so by contacting orders@shelight.com indicating the order number and the correct shipping address, as long as the order has not been shipped.

G Fashion C.B. will not be responsible for errors or damages caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the customer does not exist, is incorrect or when the requirements for the delivery of the order are not met.

At the time of delivery of the product, the customer or recipient must sign the receipt of the order to the carrier, verify the visible state of the packages and accept or reject the order under their responsibility.

In the event that, when opening the packages with the products, the customer sees that there are products missing or damaged in transit, they must communicate it in writing to G Fashion C.B. through orders@shelight.com, as soon as possible within a maximum period of 3 days from receipt of the order, providing photo material of the problem.

The customer accepts these shipping costs when purchasing the products.
